I have been playing soccer for as long as I can remember. My dad is from Scotland, so the game has always been a big part of my life growing up. I started at FC Select, where I had a range of coaches who really helped shape my path. One in particular, Coach Mark, had a huge impact on me. He taught me how to shoot properly and gave me so much confidence as a player. He sadly passed away from cancer four years ago, but I will never forget what he taught me — it still stays with me every time I step on the field. Sadly the club no longer exists but I have made life long friends from my time here.

“Coco is an attacking midfielder who naturally leads through both her presence and performance. While she possesses a sharp instinct for goal, what truly defines her game is her link-up play in the final third—whether through quick one-twos around the box or her ability to switch play and exploit space. Her mentality reflects continued growth, pointing toward a very high ceiling in her development—Coach Ahmed (2022-23)
